Location	The sale will be held at the property of Ian & Cheryl Baldry, “Ivanhoe”, 297 Hillside Lane, Illabo, NSW.

Insurance	There is no vendor insurance on the sale lots. It is the responsibility of buyers to insure their purchases.
Health	Our stud is a JBAS6 and no incidence of Johnes Disease has ever been recorded. All cattle are guaranteed for interstate movement. The vendor agrees to hold any lots for interstate buyers until necessary tests have been completed. Expenses incurred are payable by the purchaser. All cattle have been inoculated with tick fever, 7-1 vaccine and pesti-virus, they have also been pesti-virus tested, with no positive results returned. All bulls will be semen tested and all heifers will be vet checked prior to the sale, results in supplementary sheet.

Delivery	FREE DELIVERY is offered within NSW, ACT, QLD, VIC, and SA on purchases of four (4) head or more. For purchases of fewer than four head, delivery will be coordinated by the vendor at a rate of $1/km, calculated per buyer, and invoiced through the selling agent. Buyers are welcome to organise their own freight, if preferred. While every care will be taken, no responsibility will be accepted for lots awaiting delivery or during transit. All lots become the risk of the purchaser immediately following the fall of the hammer.
