Location:

The sale will be held at the property of Ian & Cheryl Baldry, “Ivanhoe”, Illabo, NSW. See inside back cover for map.

Rebate:

A rebate of up to 3% will apply to outside agents introducing buyers, the agent must be in attendance (conditions apply).

Buyers Number System:

A buyer’s number system will be in operation at this sale. Therefore all prospective buyers must register at the agent’s office before the commencement of the sale.

Insurance:

There is no vendor insurance on the sale lots. It is the responsibility of buyers to insure their purchases.

Health:

A no incidence of Johnes Disease form will be available from the Rural Lands Protection Board on the day of the sale. All cattle are guaranteed for interstate movement. The vendor agrees to hold any lots for interstate buyers until         necessary tests have been completed. Expenses incurred are payable by the purchaser. All cattle have been inoculated with tick fever,  7-1 vaccine and pesti-virus tested, with no positive results returned.

Inspection:

All day Thursday, May 30, 2019 – Free barbeque Thursday night – and from 9.00am on sale day, Friday, 31 May 2019, unless otherwise arranged with vendors.

Delivery:

Free delivery is offered within NSW, ACT, QLD, VIC and SA if you purchase 4 head or more otherwise to the purchasers nearest major sale yards. Every care will be taken, but no responsibility can be  accepted for lots left waiting for delivery or during delivery. Lots purchased will be held at the buyer’s risk after the fall of the hammer.

Luncheon:

A free light luncheon will be available.
